Welcome to the new look of the Craigieburn Day Spa Website.

​We have changed the packages on offer, adding some new treatments. While I have noted some massages to the right of this page, not all come under a package heading.  If after reading the packages we do have on offer, if you are pregnant or would like just your face, feet and scalp massage for 2 hours (!!) then let me know and we can adapt the package to suit your needs.   One way to stay warm this coming Winter is come to the clinic and have a massage - heating costs are on us!

Craigieburn Day Spa is housed within a Medical Centre facility.  We allow you to dress and undress in privacy and provide enough sheets and/or towels to cover your body.  We accept both men and women of all ages as well as any stage of Pregnancy.  Your medical history is important to us and so we will require that you complete a form on your first consultation.  Appointments are necessary as we may not be able to accept walk ins.  In certain circumstances we may be able to provide a service on the day you call and payment will need to be made prior to the consultation.  If you have any questions with regards to the appropriateness of the service for you, please contact our Practice Manager/Massage Therapist Sophia and she will be more than happy to answer all your questions.
Handling Complaints:
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.  If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC). The HCC responds to complaints about health services and the handling of health information in Victoria. Their service is free, confidential and impartial. To lodge a complaint with the HCC:
  • Fill out a complaint form online at hcc.vic.gov.au or
  • Phone 1300 582 113 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday to discuss your complaint.
